Racheal is a dynamic and results-driven corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience in Intellectual Property, Regulatory compliance, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Governance and corporate structuring. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda with over 7 years of experience and has built a reputation for strategic counsel, commercial awareness, and client-first advocacy.

She is a registered Trademark Agent with URSB and ARIPO, a recognised top Trademark Professional under WTR 1000, an accredited Mediator of the Judiciary of Uganda, and a member of the WIPO ADR Young—an international network for emerging arbitrators and mediators. She was recently selected to present her papers at the All Africa Intellectual Property Summit – Dakar 2025, where she spoke on “How IP Laws in Africa Are Confronted with the Challenges of Artificial Intelligence” and “Africa’s Rebrand: Driving a New Continental Identity Through IP & Innovation.”

Ritah is the driving force behind the operations of Jade Advocates. With over 15 years of experience in organisation and management across various sectors—including hospitality, events management, law firms, and the NGO space—she brings a wealth of operational expertise to the firm.

At Jade, we are committed not only to developing and representing organisations and individuals but also to nurturing our own team. In line with this ethos, Ritah is advancing her professional growth and is soon to be a certified Digital Business Manager.

Bartha is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda with a mission to make the world a better place by giving legal solutions to client’s problems with the ends of justice in mind. She is attracted to contract law and company law. With this in mind, she is on a journey of self-discovery.

With a deep interest in justice and advocacy, Charlotte—who thrives on intellectual challenge—wields the law as a tool to protect rights, resolve conflicts, and create meaningful impact within her community. She is passionate about serving others, amplifying the voices of the voiceless, and using her legal skills to promote fairness and empowerment.

Daphne plays a central role in driving the firm’s financial stability and growth. She has over 12 years’ experience as an accounting practitioner specializing in Corporate Finance, Compliance and with added experience in Governance matters.
She is vastly experienced and equipped in Financial Management and provides advisory in respect to compliance issues such as policy and regulatory requirements.
She has previously worked with a number of sectors from Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Legal and Non for Profit handling matters related to Accounting, Financial Planning, and Compliance. Daphne is also currently acting as a financial consultant to a number of entities.
She holds a Bachelor of Science (Statistics & Economics) from Makerere University as well as an ACCA.

Driven by her passion for the creative economy and its ability to propel Africa to the next level, she serves as a Creative Consultant at Jade Advocates. She provides expert guidance to the firm and its clients through design thinking, strategic storytelling, brand development, and innovative problem-solving. Her work strengthens brand identity, enhances communication, and ensures that every project reflects clarity, purpose, and impact. She is also a creator at Me Story Media, where she continues to shape powerful narratives and build meaningful brand experiences.

Penny brings exceptional customer care and a warm, professional presence to Jade Advocates. As our Concierge, he ensures that clients and guests feel welcomed, valued, and well-attended to from the moment they step into our offices.
