Jamina is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda, specializing in corporate and commercial law with a strong focus on Intellectual Property. She is a certified insolvency practitioner and accredited IP agent with URSB and ARIPO.
Her legal expertise spans corporate governance, labour, tax matters, regulatory compliance, and alternative dispute resolution. She has served on various boards as a director and company secretary, advising clients on strategy, structure, and execution with a meticulous attention to detail that ensures quality and compliance at every level.
Jamina brings proven capabilities in legal advisory, project management, and strategic leadership and has held key roles in business development, human resource management, and overall leadership.
She is passionate about economic justice and sustainable business growth and actively supports Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through free intellectual property training and legal empowerment initiatives.

In her role, Ritah oversees client relationships to ensure satisfaction and maintains effective communication between clients and the firm. She manages the procurement of office
supplies essential for daily operations and supervises solicitors and staff at all levels, clearly conveying the firm’s core values.
With a proactive approach to challenges, Ritah focuses on solutions that enhance efficiency and service quality, making her a vital asset to the firm.

Daphne is the Finance Lead and has over 12 years’ experience as an accounting practitioner specializing in Corporate Finance, Compliance and with added experience in Governance matters.
She is vastly experienced and equipped in Financial Management and provides advisory in respect to compliance issues such as policy and regulatory requirements.
She has previously worked with a number of sectors from Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Legal and Non for Profit handling matters related to Accounting, Financial Planning, and Compliance. Daphne is also currently acting as a financial consultant to a number of entities.
She holds a Bachelor of Science (Statistics & Economics) from Makerere University as well as an ACCA.

Charlotte Igoe is a dedicated paralegal supporting Jade Advocates’ work in corporate, commercial, environmental law, and regulatory compliance. She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre (2024) and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Uganda Christian University, Mukono.
Charlotte brings hands-on experience in dispute resolution, litigation, and corporate governance. She is skilled in legal research, drafting court documents, and managing complex legal files. Her ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams makes her a valuable asset to the firm.
She is passionate about ethical legal practice and committed to delivering practical, results-driven support in line with Jade Advocates’ mission to serve with innovation and integrity.
